We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Kup Klub. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 45 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that there are NO RETURNS for any of our customized items, as they are considered final sale unless there is a defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@thekupklub.com with your order number and a picture of the damage. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@thekupklub.com. You will receive a return label via email for any items that you need to ship back.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
